McGee’s pub was established in 1984 at the Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway between 53rd and 54th streets where it was for 10 years before moving to its current location 240 west 55th street. It is a 3-level pub serving top quality Irish and America food and is also famous for being the inspiration for the hit T.V. show HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER.
